These Sticky Sausages go really well with the 👑 Coronation Quiche and perfect for the Coronation Big Lunch, served with garlic bread and green salad.
16 chipolatas, made into 2
(or 32 cocktail sausages)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
4 tsp soy sauce
MethodPre- heat oven to 220 degrees C.
Mix together the olive oil, honey and soy sauce.
Line a baking tray with tin foil. (This makes the washing up so much easier!)
Separate the sausages and arrange in 1 layer on the baking tray.
Make sure all the sausages are covered in the sticky marinade.
Roast for 25-30 minutes. Turn them over half way though the cooking time so they brown evenly.
