🌞 It's just salad weather at the moment, isn't it!
Having just spent a fabulous week in Devon soaking up the sunshine and eating lots of delicious seafood, I thought I'd share with you this zezty Prawn Cocktail sauce. Fabulous with any seafood salad.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
1/2 tablespoon tomato purée
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
a pinch cayenne pepper
Mix all together really well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Keep in a jar in the fridge until needed.
