SHIPPING

I daily ship to Europe, UK and USA, regions of Asia and Africa. Please contact me if you have any queries. Most orders will be shipped the next business day following the receipt of an order.

RETURNS

If you aren't completely satisfied with your Chez Beccy order please get in touch. We accept returns of all full price and sale products in an unused condition up to 30 days from receipt of order. Please note this does not apply to products which are made to order. The amount refunded will be the price paid.

You will need to pay for the return postage.

Refunds will be made once I have received the goods back from you and refunded via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.
