How to cook the best sausages

These Sticky Sausages go really well with the đŸ‘‘Â Coronation Quiche and perfect for the Coronation Big Lunch, served with garlic bread and green salad.

Ingredients

16 chipolatas, made into 2
(or 32 cocktail sausages)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
4 tsp soy sauce

 

Method

Pre heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7
Mix together the olive oil, honey and soy sauce.
Line a baking tray with tin foil. (This makes the washing up so much easier!)
Separate the sausages and arrange in 1 layer on the baking tray.
Make sure all the sausages are covered in the sticky marinade.
Roast for 25-30 minutes. Turn them over half way though the cooking time so they brown evenly.
