Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email to confirm your order. Please keep this email so we can refer to it in any future correspondence regarding your order. If you do not receive this email please get in touch so that we can check your order has been placed successfully.


This store is hosted by Shopify, who provide the e-commerce platform from which Chez Beccy provide products and services to you. Online payments will be processed by Shopify, Stripe or PayPal payment system used by Shopify which hosts the online store. Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you. Your ordered goods will only be dispatched when your payment has been processed successfully.


We reserve the right to alter prices at any time, in either direction. We are not currently VAT registered, but reserve the right to introduce VAT in the future. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Availability of Goods

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.


Cookies are small files saved in your web browser and used on this web site for things like keeping track of the contents of your shopping cart, enhancing the navigation menus and to save your delivery addresses. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.


Deliveries in the UK will be made by the Post Office Royal Mail or Evri and a signature may be required on delivery.


Orders can be returned if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason. Please return in a saleable condition and we will refund or replace them. Any orders placed now will be returnable up to 30 days from receipt of order. Please note this does not apply to products which are made to order. Refunds will be made once we have received the goods back from you and refunded via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.

Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except where an item is faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.

If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition then we may need to charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

Please return goods with a proof of postage certificate as you will be responsible for all returned goods.
