Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and master the essential skill of tempering chocolate, creating beautifully finished bars and delicious treats to take home.
All ingredients, equipment and packaging are provided — simply arrive and enjoy the experience.
Workshops run from September to April each year, when the cooler months are perfect for working with chocolate.
New for this autumn: Chocolate Truffle Workshops — indulgent, hands-on sessions where you’ll learn to create silky ganache centres and hand-finish your own beautifully decorated truffles.
Gift vouchers are available, making a thoughtful and memorable present for birthdays, celebrations or simply as a special treat.
