Coffee Brewing & Scone Baking Masterclass with Cara and Beccy

Spend an afternoon learning the top tips for brewing truly delicious coffee and the secrets to baking the lightest and fluffiest scones.

Join us for a wonderfully indulgent, fun and sociable afternoon at the beautiful showroom of Kitchen Architecture at Brasenose Farm in Oxford.

We'll begin the afternoon discovering the secrets to baking beautifully light, fluffy scones every time. With a live demonstration by Beccy Hunt, author of 'A Guide to Hosting Afternoon Tea,' Beccy will guide you step-by-step through her tried and tested method for creating delicious fruit scones, sharing all her tips along the way. You'll take the recipe home with you so you can recreate them with confidence.

While the scones bake, Cara, Founder of the specialty coffee and tea company Peaberry & Leaf will guide you in a hands-on coffee brewing masterclass and together we will brew some truly delicious cups of specialty coffee tasting three very different coffees from Asia, Africa and South America and using three different brew methods, including V60, AeroPress and French Press.

We'll then come together and enjoy the your freshly brewed coffee with the freshly baked scones - served warm with jam and clotted cream.
