SHIPPING

I currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, the USA, and selected countries in Asia and Africa.

Please note that I do not currently sell to or ship to countries within the European Union.

If you have any questions about delivery to your location, please get in touch before placing your order.

Most orders are dispatched on the next working day following receipt of an order.

RETURNS

If you aren't completely satisfied with your Chez Beccy order, please get in touch.

I accept returns of all full-price and sale products in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that this does not apply to products that are made to order.

The amount refunded will be the price paid for the goods.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds will be processed once I have received the returned goods and will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
