Join me for a relaxed, hands-on Bean to Bar Chocolate Workshop, where you’ll discover the fascinating journey of chocolate from cocoa pod to finished bar — and learn how to work with chocolate confidently at home.

We’ll begin with a short illustrated talk exploring where cocoa trees grow, how cocoa beans are harvested, and how chocolate is made. I’ll then demonstrate how to temper chocolate properly and create a beautifully finished chocolate bar, sharing tips and tricks along the way.

After that, it’s your turn.

During the hands-on workshop, each guest will:

• Temper their own bowl of chocolate

• Make three 100g chocolate bars in milk or dark chocolate

• Choose from a selection of toppings to decorate their bars

• Create candied orange batons, dipped in milk or dark chocolate

The session is carefully paced to ensure everyone has plenty of time, guidance and confidence, making it suitable for beginners and those with a little experience alike. You’ll learn a reliable tempering method you can confidently use again at home.

You’ll leave with a wonderful selection of handmade chocolate, beautifully packaged — perfect for sharing… or keeping all to yourself.

All ingredients, equipment and packaging are provided.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 28 or more days before are eligible for a full refund. 
Cancellations made between 27 and 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. 
No refunds can be given for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event date.

Minimum 5 people per event. If less than 5 people book the event Chez Beccy reserves the right to cancel. A full refund will be offered, or transfer to another date.
