Chocolate Truffle Workshop

Join me for a fun, hands-on Chocolate Truffle Workshop, where you'll learn the art of making delicious handmade chocolates from scratch.

I'll guide you through each step, from making a smooth chocolate ganache to tempering chocolate and coating your own truffles using professional techniques. Along the way, you'll pick up plenty of tips and tricks to help you recreate everything at home.

During the workshop you'll:

• Make rich chocolate truffle centres from scratch
• Learn how to temper chocolate successfully
• Coat your own handmade chocolate truffles
• Create beautiful chocolate mendiants
• Turn leftover tempered chocolate into delicious chocolate bark

You'll leave with a beautifully packaged selection of chocolates, new skills and the confidence to continue making chocolates at home.

All ingredients, equipment and packaging are provided.

Please note: Due to the nature of the workshop and shared equipment, food allergies cannot be catered for.

Price: £54.95 per person

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 28 or more days before are eligible for a full refund. 
Cancellations made between 27 and 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. 
No refunds can be given for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event date.

Minimum 5 people per event. If less than 5 people book the event Chez Beccy reserves the right to cancel. A full refund will be offered, or transfer to another date.
